Three months on
every repair.

Every repair we do is backed by a 3-month workmanship warranty. If a repaired seam, patch, or zip fails because of how we did it, we redo it free — both-ways shipping included.
How it works

Making a
claim.

    Get in touch within 3 months

    Email or DM us a photo of where our repair's let go, with a quick note on when you noticed it. Reference your original order if you have it.

  2. 2

    Drop it off or post it back

    Bring the suit to the shack at 9-11 Sinclair St, Ocean Grove — or post it. Return postage on warranty re-do's is on us.

  3. 3

    We inspect & confirm

    If it's our workmanship, we say so straight away and book the re-do. If we think it's something else, we'll explain why and quote it as a normal repair — no surprises.

  4. 4

    We re-do the repair · free

    Same turnaround as a normal repair (3–7 days).
