Three months on every repair. If our workmanship doesn’t hold, we redo it free — both-ways shipping included.

Making a claim.

Spotted something? Don’t glue it yourself first — that voids the cover. Get in touch and we’ll take it from there.

  1. 01 · Get in touch within 3 monthsEmail or DM us a photo of where our repair’s let go, with a quick note on when you noticed it. Reference your original repair if you have it.
  2. 02 · Drop it off or post it backBring the suit to the shack at 9-11 Sinclair St, Ocean Grove — or post it. Return postage on warranty re-do’s is on us.
  3. 03 · We inspect & confirmIf it’s our workmanship, we say so straight away and book the re-do. If we think it’s something else, we’ll explain why and quote it as a normal repair — no surprises.
  4. 04 · We re-do the repair · freeSame turnaround as a normal repair (3-7 days). When it’s done, the warranty resets on that area for another 3 months.

What’s covered

  • Failure of any area we directly worked on (seam, panel, zip, patch) for 3 months from ship-back.
  • Both-ways tracked postage on any approved warranty re-do.

What’s not covered

  • New damage in a different area of the suit.
  • Damage from self-repair attempts after our repair.
  • Wear and tear unrelated to our workmanship.
