Wash, dry, pack, post. We’ll text you the moment it lands and walk you through the rest.
Before you send.
Rinse the suit in fresh water and dry it inside-out for at least 24 hrs. Bundle it loosely in a tracked Australia Post satchel (1kg satchel fits a 3/2; 3kg for a 4/3 or steamer).

How the process works.
- 01 · Before you sendWash & dry first. Rinse in fresh water, dry inside-out for 24 hrs. We can’t work on a salty, damp suit.
- 02 · How we quoteFixed price before we glue. We inspect, send a fixed quote with photos, and wait for your approval. Nothing happens until you click yes.
- 03 · While it’s herePhotos at every stage. You’ll get a quick text on arrival, after inspection, and once it’s pressure-tested and packed.
- 04 · If we say noWe’ll tell you if it’s done. Some suits are past it. We’ll say so honestly, refund anything paid, and post it back at cost.
