Use a tracked Australia Post satchel. 1kg fits a 3/2; 3kg fits a 4/3 or steamer. Costs around $11–$17 depending on origin.
Turnaround
3–7 days.
From the moment it lands on the bench. Bigger jobs (full zip, multi-tear) sometimes run 7–10. We text you at every stage.
Ship-back
$15 flat.
Tracked, Australia-wide. Free on repairs over $85. We pack it back in a satchel and text the tracking number the day it leaves.
