Fix it.
Don't ditch it.
Don't ditch it.
Hand-stitched, seam-glued, pressure-tested wetsuit repairs. Send it in, drop it off, or come by the shack — back in the surf in days, not weeks.
Done by hand,
at the shack.
Done right.
Done local.
A 4/3 with a knee blowout, two failing seams, and a sticky chest zip. In a week we had it pressure-tested and back in the lineup — the owner says it feels better than new.
"Saved my favourite 4/3. Looks new "
More recent saves.
Four steps.
Then back in the surf.
Send / drop off

Yours is almost certainly on this list.
We repair all brands of wetsuits.
The maths is simple.
Neoprene takes 100 years to break down.
Every suit we save is one less in the bin. Since 2014 we've kept over a tonne of petroleum-based foam out of landfill — most of it heading back into the water.
Workshop diary, daily.
Bench shots, in-progress repairs, the odd dog. We post most days — follow along if that's your thing.
"Your wetsuit isn't disposable.
Neither is the ocean."
What surfers say.
"My 4/3 had a busted chest zip and I'd resigned myself to buying new. They got it done in a week for less than half. Mint."
"Honest quote, no upsell. Sent photos before they touched the suit. This is how every repair should work."
"Three repairs over two seasons on the same suit. Still my favourite. Saves me a fortune and keeps the good neoprene out of landfill."
Got a tear?
Send it in.
A good wetsuit can cost $700+ to replace. A proper repair can keep yours in the water for years.
